ARHLO debuts an unprecedented new British eyewear collection at Silmo Paris
Multi award-winning B Corp eyewear supplier, Eyespace, will debut British eyewear brand ARHLO on the international stage at SILMO Paris this September, with an unprecedented number of new optical releases and an entirely new sunglass collection built around the latest fashion tints, alongside a dynamic new brand identity.
The launch represents a major investment in a brand already established across UK practices. A new sunwear collection and fashion tint offer, with a high- impact optical range expanding ARHLO’s portfolio, positioning it as both contemporary and generational in appeal. The launch is supported by a campaign focused on the irreverent spirit of Britain, with high- impact creative showcasing the story behind the brand. ARHLO bleeds Britain. On one side sits tradition: tartan, herringbone, harris tweed tailoring codes – craft built to last. On the other sits the street: the noise of Camden, the energy of the Glastonbury festival fields and the rebel spirit of 90s Britpop. ARHLO reaches across both, translating a creative culture that has always travelled well into eyewear that champions individuality and self-expression.
The brand sits deliberately in the tension between the two cross sections of Britain: classic versus rebellious, considered versus instinctive, timeless versus ‘of-the- moment’. Properly irreverent is the line ARHLO rallies around, and it runs through everything: a complete world rather than a collection alone, bringing British attitude, cultural influence and creativity together across product, campaign and brand environment.
Jayne Abel, CEO and Co-Founder of Eyespace, said: “ARHLO is born from the tension that defines Britain, where heritage meets rebellion and tradition collides with creativity. The new collection takes its influence from the music, fashion and culture that have shaped British identity, creating eyewear with individuality at its core. “This evolution has given us the opportunity to define what ARHLO stands for. We have created a visual identity that respects British heritage whilst speaking with the voice of today, building a distinctive brand world that gives the collection real relevance.
“Powerful audio-visual content will begin to tell the story of ARHLO, but ultimately the brand will be defined by the shared values of its community and freedom of expression. SILMO provides the perfect stage to introduce this dynamic next chapter, and we can’t wait for our partners to experience the brand first-hand.”
This ambition is grounded in commercial reality. The ARHLO offering is very much on point with market demands. Developed in direct response to the current market climate, it is the right product, at the right time: designer-brand detailing, a progressive approach to sustainable materials, brand character that jumps off the shelf and prolific social and video content to match.
Colour leads the collection with an entirely new sunwear range carrying a full spectrum of 18 trend- led fashion tints, boldly catching the colour trends moving through optical and sunwear globally and across Europe. Available in varying depths of colour, the range answers a growing appetite for individuality in sunwear.
Every frame carries a name with a story behind it. The new sunwear collection takes its names from the stages and fields of Glastonbury: Pyramid, Avalon, Left Field and Worthy. Optical styles take theirs from London’s city map: Vyner, Tredegar Square, Mile End and Shoreditch. Together, they root the collection in the very places music and style were made. Signature ARHLO DNA is woven throughout the collection, from bespoke hinges and patterned core wires to tartan- inspired tip etching. An ARHLO shield is subtly etched into the sunwear lenses, while interior detailing is etched and colour-filled to complement the chosen plating. Spanning 18 optical models across 52 SKUs and an entirely new sunwear collection of 12 styles across 36 SKUs, it stands as one of Eyespace’s most significant launches to date.
ARHLO also gets behind green. Bio-based acetate and recycled stainless steel feature throughout, as part of a wider focus on material choice and construction. Optical styles carry completely biodegradable demonstration lenses. Sunwear uses ISCC-certified Tritan Renew UV400 lenses, containing 50% recycled content and manufactured without BPA. Cloths and pouches are produced from rPET, with frames supplied in biodegradable frame bags.
Supporting the collection is a new visual identity, campaign direction, packaging and retail experience, carrying ARHLO from frame to practice. Independent optical partners receive a full point-of-sale kit of brand blocks, podiums, brand boxes and strut cards. Details of the wider retail proposition follow at launch.
The complete ARHLO optical and sunwear collection debuts at SILMO Paris on 25th September 2026.
