Mido 2025 returns to Milano from 8 to 10 February

Back from 8 to 10 February 2025 at Fiera Milano Rho, MIDO | Milano Eyewear Show, the only international trade show that brings together the entire eyewear supply chain in Milano. Opticians, manufacturers, designers, buyers, journalists and professionals from all over the world will meet, once again, at the most important event dedicated to eyewear, an essential event for doing business, closing deals and making new connections, discovering trends and innovations, reflecting and discussing future visions of eyewear.

MIDO is also an unmissable opportunity to discover the world premiere of manufacturers’ news in the industry: in fact, exhibitors are right here presenting their innovations, making the fair an incomparable resource for renewing, gathering information and discovering the solutions best suited to the needs of one’s optical center. Not only that: the Milano show is also the only one where opticians can “touch,” and above all try out, the latest machinery and instruments all gathered in one location, where you can find everything needed for the optical world.

In 2024 the eyewear show brought together more than 1,200 exhibitors (and more are expected in 2025), including an interesting representation of Asian collectives (China, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, India), and recorded more than 40 thousand attendees over the 3 days of the event, from 160 countries, from Asia to the United States via all of Europe. Great press turnout as well, with more than 400 accredited journalists more than 600 articles worldwide, and excellent feedback from social media, with more than 2 million impressions on official channels.

Always being ahead of the curve and proposing new solutions and tools to its stakeholders is another prerogative of MIDO. For the next edition, in fact, there will be a partial revision of the layout of the pavilions, to ensure greater viability and use of the stands. Paramount importance will then be given to the theme of training, which has its nerve center in the OTTICLUB space: meetings, workshops, symposia, seminars and conferences with international experts on a wide variety of topics, always topical and of interest to professionals, will make up the rich calendar of events during the show.

These include digitization and internationalization, fundamental elements to be competitive on the market today, like training, welfare, diversity and inclusion. On top of all this, the topic of production, which also means innovation and enhancement of Made in Italy and, last but not least, support for companies and industry policy in terms of ESG sustainability

MIDO 2025 aims to enhance the needs and requirements of opticians and all professionals who visit the fair: there will be many tools available and opportunities for networking, exchange, discussion and reflection, especially on topics such as technological innovation and sustainability.

MIDO will be glad to meet you at Silmo in Hall 6, stand P034, to tell you about the news of the next edition
